Provide hr support and consultation regarding employee relations issues to all levels of management within the organization; Facilitate effective recruiting strategies to support managers to find the right people with the right skills in a an effective and timely manner; improve moral through improving monetary and non monetary recognition programs; participate in establishing and developing the compensation, benefits, and performance system; review the current compensation including salaries level, salaries structure, bonus, commission, merit increase; benefits and all packages related issues and take the needed actions for improvement; participate in deciding the pay level according to strategic objectives; and directly responsible for conducting surveys and benchmarking with market, industry and competitors; Responsible for establishing the performance system in coordination with other functions including performance standards, performance methodology and policy; Managing attraction and recruitment resources at as well as overseeing the annual manpower planning process; achieve operational delivery of the annual recruitment targets, screening cvs and assess candidates using tools, attract and interview candidates using tools; assist in recruitment policy and procedure and plan, review applicant resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualifications; develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources, prepare and maintain company salary structure, job evaluation systems, complete salary survey questionnaires, develop and maintain human resource data bases; categorize and file the resumes and evaluation sheets of the interviewed applicants, plan; develop and implement strategy for staff training and development; Establish and maintain appropriate system for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development, monitor; Measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales; manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets; Liaise with other functional departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development; and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements; responsible for implementing technical training system in all units and production; conduct the orientation needed for managers and train supervisors on the training process; prepare training tests for units trainers to be assigned, follow up monthly training plan; follow up new employees orientation and technical training; attend monthly units meeting to improve training system, participate in identifying training needs analysis; submit the needed report for current performance and improvement needed; plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
