JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the administrative support of day to day operations, follow up for operational, technical personnel duties; preparing employment contract and reviewing renewal agreements; reviewing hiring documents for new hire and follow up completion the missing papers, preparing weekly, monthly reports head count, turn over, vacation balance etc; informing human resources director or his assistant about any deviation for action; dealing with all governmental and establishment good relation with them; establishes various reports and document to provide current personnel information; supervision and monitoring the work of human resources specialists, ensure that all personnel records are updated, performs duties of secretary in her absence; distributing and collecting end of contract and end of probation period confirmations; control the expire dates of the employees contracts, probation period; military service certificates and health certificates; to prepare all the data requested for the closing of each payroll closing; to operate the computer system of human resource department; to assist in preparing and follow up staff work permits, and any other given task.
