Preparation of all letters addressed to chairman dealers customers; distributing and follow up tasks among engineers stuff, sales executives, after sales dep financial admin dep, filling, correspondence, typing, meetings, visitors, paper flow, faxes and telephones; arranging meetings and settings appointments for customers; customers accounts follow up make sure achieving customers satisfaction; searching the internet handling incoming and outgoing e mails, translation from arabic to english vice versa; filling for all documents both manual and electronic on daily basis, arranging meetings and settings appointments, taking messages reporting the exact time of call, to which it was diverted and taking notes, if necessary, customer service, taking customers complains and follows up, handling incoming and outgoing faxes.
