Job responsibilities

Start as a customer servives rep and from monthes start as a help desk to the users but its not officialy because there is no vacnecies in the it dep but they use my study in networks to solve computer problems and i like to work with microsoft networks, also, solving customers problems; Solve rps problem,lead the team to have the maximum serives that we can give,must solve any problem that i face,also responsible of the vip customers.
