The arab group co is established by a group of the most reputable business leaders in us in the field of trading manufacturing, duties responsibilities; supervise all financial matters starting from budgeting through to accounting and auditing; ensure the operation of an effective system of control over assets, liabilities, income and expenditure; Advise the managing director and the company managers on financial affairs of interest to the company; prepare monthly reports analyzing the financial situation and comment on any deviations; Supervise the preparation of the annual budget compare them with actual figures to get variations reasons; Ensure that funds are available for operations and commitments and that surplus fund are invested and loans are negotiated accordingly; ensure that cheques and other forms of payments are prepared and issued against approved invoices; supervise the treasury and monitor banks and cash accounts and arrangements for bank facilities; supervise the preparation of the financial statements; Ensure that these financial statements are properly prepared and to ensure that all external auditor requirements are prepared in the right time, organize, motivate and train the staff under my control; responsible for maintaining the soft wares and to solve any accounting problems related to software; ensure that the company adhered to accounting standards and tax regulations.
